BIOGRAFIA:

Los News es una banda de rock garage con actitud protopunk y potentes riffs de guitarra al mas puro estilo MC5, The Stooges, The Hellacopters, The Datsuns o The Hives, entre otros, cuya mejor arma son sus frenéticos e incendiarios directos, los cuales han sido testigos bandas como Fuzztones, Paul Collins Beat, Doctor Explosion, We Are Standard, The Right Ons, The Milkyway Express, Los Nastys, etc. Sus integrantes son Quentin Gas, Mals Lucas, Caros Ortega y Javier Matute.

En 2012 publicaron su primer LP "Automedication" producido por Charlie Cepeda y grabado por Fernando Zambruno. Posteriormente fueron fichados por Global Music 360.

Ganadores de los concursos de bandas Desencaja 2013 (el más importante a nivel andaluz), Hip Hop Rock de Marchena 2012, Suberock 2012 de Badajoz, Miaqué Festival de Porcuna 2014, entre otros, así como finalistas en Rock in Rio Madrid 2012, Villa de Bilbao 2013 y Festimad 2014. Han aparecido en programas de RN3 como Hoy Empieza Todo, Carne Cruda y Disco Grande, en revistas de tirada nacional como Ruta 66 y Mondosonoro y en festivales como Arenal Sound, Monkey Week, Nocturama, Zaidin Rock, Granada Sound y El Día De La Marmota.

Mondosonoro Sur escogió su primer disco como uno de los mejores discos andaluces de 2012.
